HIIT Classes

Beginner–Intermediate

High-intensity interval training in a group setting β€” proven to burn fat, build cardio endurance, and keep things interesting. Classes run 45 minutes. All fitness levels welcome; coaches scale to your ability.

Full-body strength and conditioning in a motivating group format. Expect circuits, compound movements, and a coach pushing you to do more than you thought you could. One of our most popular formats.

Coach Mike R. has spent the past 12 years helping people in Severna Park and Anne Arundel County transform their fitness β€” not just for a few months, but for good. A former Division I athlete with dual certifications from NASM and ACE, Mike built ACME Fitness on a simple belief: the right coaching and the right environment can help absolutely anyone get stronger, feel better, and build a healthier life.

His approach isn't about grinding until you're exhausted β€” it's about building sustainable habits, measurable progress, and genuine confidence. He's worked with beginners who were scared to walk through the door, and advanced athletes pushing for the next level. He treats every member the same.

Based on your assessment, we build a starting roadmap β€” which programs to try, how often to come in, and what to focus on first. This isn't generic advice. It's built around you.

Check-Ins Every 4–6 Weeks

Progress check-ins are built into our culture. Every 4–6 weeks, we revisit your baselines β€” strength, endurance, body composition, how you feel. What gets measured gets improved.
