Come to Your First Class
Wear comfortable clothes and come ready to move. No experience needed — our coaches will welcome your child, introduce them to the gym, and get them started at their own pace.
Choose Your Program (or Don't)
After the trial class and evaluation, if it feels like a good fit, we'll walk you through program options. No pressure — it's entirely your call. We'd rather your family be sure than feel pushed into anything.
