These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by ACME Lawn Care (the "Service") and the website located at pgmagency.io/lawncare/ (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or Service.
ACME Lawn Care provides residential and commercial lawn maintenance services including weekly mowing, fertilization and weed control, aeration and overseeding, seasonal cleanups, edging and trimming, and mosquito and pest treatment. We serve Severna Park, Annapolis, Glen Burnie, Pasadena, Arnold, and the surrounding Anne Arundel County area.

Terms of Service: Terms of Service
The Service includes lawn maintenance, treatment programs, and related property services as agreed upon in writing or verbally at the time of scheduling. Service frequency, scope, and pricing are confirmed before work begins. Results may vary based on turf condition, weather, soil type, and other factors outside our control.
You must be the property owner or an authorized agent of the property owner to engage our services. You are responsible for providing accurate property and contact information and for ensuring safe access to the service area on scheduled service days.
You agree not to use the Site or Service to:
Recurring service is scheduled on a fixed day each week or biweekly cycle. You are responsible for ensuring the service area is accessible (gates unlocked, pets secured, obstacles cleared) on scheduled service days. If access is blocked and we are unable to complete the service, the visit may be skipped without a credit or refund.
We reserve the right to reschedule or skip a service due to severe weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any schedule changes.
Service pricing is based on property size, service type, and frequency, as agreed at the time of enrollment. Fees are billed monthly. Rates are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.
Unless otherwise stated, service is month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time with reasonable notice before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for services rendered are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing.
One-time services (such as seasonal cleanups or aeration) are invoiced separately and due upon completion of the work.
Fertilization, weed control, and pest treatment services are performed in compliance with applicable Maryland Department of Agriculture regulations. ACME Lawn Care holds a Maryland Department of Agriculture Pesticide Applicator License. We will provide advance notice of scheduled chemical applications so you can make appropriate arrangements for pets, children, and outdoor activities.
Either party may terminate recurring service at any time with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if you violate these Terms, fail to make timely payment, or create unsafe working conditions for our crew.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
The Site and its content, including design, text, and graphics, are owned by ACME Lawn Care and/or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site without express written permission.
The Site and Service are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Lawn care results are subject to weather, soil conditions, turf health, and other factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACME Lawn Care will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to ACME Lawn Care in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACME Lawn Care from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
The Site may contain links to third-party sites not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. You should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify or replace these Terms at our discretion by posting updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using the Site and Service.
