Meet with a coach before your first class. Walk the box, ask every question you have, and talk about your goals. We'll explain what to expect and make sure you're set up to succeed from day one.

After your intro class, if you want to keep going, we'll walk you through the Foundations program and membership options. If it's not right for you, no hard feelings. We'd rather you be sure than feel pushed into anything.

That's the most common thing we hear from people before their first class β€” and it's the thing that stops people from trying. Here's the truth: every workout in our box is scaled to the individual. The WOD you see on the whiteboard is the Rx version for advanced athletes. Your coach will modify every single movement and every weight to match exactly where you are right now. Beginners, post-injury athletes, people who haven't worked out in years β€” we've coached them all successfully. You do not need to get in shape before you come. That's our job.
