Come In and Lift
Show up in workout clothes. Coach Dana or another certified coach will walk you through the movements, assess your current technique, and get you lifting safely on your first session. Beginners, experienced lifters, and anyone in between are all welcome.
Decide β No Rush
After your session, if ACME Strength feels like the right fit, we'll walk you through membership and program options. If not, no hard feelings. We'd rather you be sure than feel pushed into anything.

That's normal. Most of our members had never set foot in a powerlifting gym before they came to us. The technique assessment exists specifically to make the first step easy β no assumption of knowledge, no intimidation. Just a coach, a barbell, and a plan to get you moving well.
